Live presentation of talks
How to prepare your live presentation
VCI2022 will be virtual only and will use Zoom for the live presentation of talks. The time foreseen for your presentation is 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion. You are required to share the slides during you talk. Please use a good quality headset or other appropriate audio equipment to ensure you are well audible during your presentation and can follow the questions during the discussion. Please upload your slides in either PowerPoint or PDF format on the Conference’s Indico site before the start of the Conference.
For invited talks, the duration is 40 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion. Authors have to submit their contributions directly to the indico agenda page.
Please make sure to provide at least one of the following formats:
- Acrobat (PDF)
- Power Point (ppt or pptx)
There is no support for other formats.
Recorded presentations
How to prepare your recorded presentation
VCI2022 will be virtual only where recorded presentations will not be shown live but only available for viewing via Indico. Please prepare a set of not more than 15 slides and an accompanying video of not more than 3 minutes. In the video you shall introduce yourself and summarise the most important results from you work. Please upload your slides in either PowerPoint or PDF format and the video on the Conference’s Indico site before the start of the Conference as an attachment to your contribution.
